Program Highlights
Duration: 4 months, with one module each month
Cohort Size: 10-15 participants for personalized attention
Application Periods: May 1 – June 15 (Fall cohort); September 1 – October 15 (Spring cohort
Program Dates: Fall September 1-December 20; Spring February 1-May 20
Faculty: 4-5 expert facilitators leading interactive synchronous sessions and Q&A discussions
What’s Included
- Monthly synchronous sessions (90-120 minutes): Live, dynamic discussions with faculty
- Monthly asynchronous sessions (60-90 minutes): Flexible self-paced learning activities
- Two assignments each month: Customized to your specific job responsibilities
- Continuous asynchronous Q&A discussion board for ongoing support
- Synchronous Q&A sessions (30-45 minutes) each month with a mentor for personalized guidance
